RETURN & REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY.

Please read about our Return Policy in its entirety so that you can take the steps accordingly to get merchandise back to us.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept a return on any items sold to you from our store. All return items must be unaltered, unworn, and in good condition. In almost all conditions, a return will require you to send the item back to our facility.

KEY CONDITIONS:

• If you are sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each order to avoid confusion in processing your return request.
• To avoid delay and unintended processing issues, all returns must include an order packing slip that notes the items that are being returned.
• Any item that you feel is defective must be reported within 14 days of receiving it.
• Welcome To New-York is not liable for return packages that may become lost or went missing while in transit. Always be sure to have your proof of postage or tracking number when sending us the item(s).
• Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or sweat.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and accept your return.
• Items must be unaltered, unworn, in good condition, and returned in their original packaging.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY:

If it comes to our observation that a customer has a high rate of returns, Welcome To New York reserves the right to deny, refuse, or reject returns from such customers. If such behavior amounts to being excessively fraudulent, then we also reserve the right to report such a customer to the appropriate authorities.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local customs to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. Welcome To New York is not responsible for confiscated or undelivered goods.

We can’t control the time it takes for a package to reach us from your carrier. Please, keep in mind that return packages may take several weeks to reach us when coming from an international location. Allow us 5-7 business days to handle your return once it is delivered to our facility. Once your return is processed, Welcome To New York will issue you a store credit in the form of a coupon that you can use to buy other items from our store.

Please wait for us to process your refund before sending any item back to us. We reserve the right to reject any refund claim made without following the procedures that we outline in our communication to you via emails.
